The duration of the coaching process varies depending on individual goals and circumstances. This program is designed to be 16 weeks. It starts with 6 weeks of detox with a nutrition program to nourish the adrenals and the thyroid followed by 6 weeks of weight loss using a specific nutrition plan and intermittent fasting based in the research not the trends. This means you don't get to skip breakfast!! You have to get Morning sunlight!! and you have to focus on timing of meals!

No. Our goal is to work hand in hand with each client. We don't want the insurance company getting in the way of that. On top of that, most of what we do isn't covered. And therefore, If i billed it out to insurance, it could incur a cost of anywhere between $32,000 to $64,000. My fees don't come close to approaching that

Some of the labs we run might be covered by your insurance on a visit with your PCP coded as an annual exam. The expanded panels might not be and can be contracted through the lab at a much higher rate than what we charge. I don't up-charge for labs, I give you my price for them. If you want labs run through your PCP an want to then send them to me and we order only the difference, we can also do that.

To Be honest, Most people end up joining another 3,6 or 9 month program because their health is in such a state when they join this one that, even though we make huge progress, they recognize they still need more support. The great thing is that we are able to support them at every level and really work towards full health.

As of June 2026, we offer financing through a 3rd party that charges 29% apy. Other options for financing would include a HeLOC, CreditCard, Personal Loans obtained on your own. I am looking into another option that has more reasonable APY.
